Is there an Apple map for my desktop?
OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)
FYI: I'm running El Capitan.

Its the map app located in your applications folder or launchpad.

What do you mean? Are you referring to the Maps application in your Applications folder as Acm001 believes you are, or are you referring to something else?
